Hey all,
Well I'm trying to get serious about losing weight. I'm starting as of today in fact to walk 2 miles each morning. I'm still doing karate twice a week...but it's not consistent enough cardio to get much weight loss from. I'm planning to add in push ups and ab work as I go. Wish me luck :)
